Timeline, family photographs and travel
Timeline guidance covers the photography itself: getting ready, first look, ceremony, family photographs, couple portraits, golden-hour portraits, reception, speeches, first dance and the photographer end time.
Formal family photographs are available. Send a short list of the important family combinations before the wedding and the group photographs stay organised and efficient on the day.
For multi-day and cultural weddings, coverage is planned around your actual traditions, schedule, family priorities and events.
Available across Vancouver, North Vancouver, West Vancouver, Burnaby, Richmond, New Westminster, Coquitlam, Port Moody, Surrey, Delta, Langley and the wider Lower Mainland, and for weddings in Squamish, Whistler, the Sunshine Coast, Vancouver Island, Victoria, the Okanagan and Kelowna. How many hours of coverage do we need?
Two hours suits very small ceremonies and elopements. Four to six hours suits shorter wedding days. Eight hours covers most of a traditional wedding day. Ten hours suits fuller getting-ready-through-evening coverage.
When will we receive our photographs?
A small sneak peek is normally delivered within approximately 3–5 days. The complete professionally edited wedding gallery is targeted for delivery within approximately 4–6 weeks.
Do you travel outside Vancouver?
Yes. Travel is available throughout British Columbia, with additional travel and accommodation costs where required. Travel is included within the existing local service radius and anything beyond that is confirmed before booking.
Do we need a second photographer?
Not every wedding does. A second photographer is helpful for larger weddings, separate getting-ready locations, simultaneous events, additional ceremony perspectives and complex timelines.
How far in advance should we book?
Enquire once your date and venue are reasonably confirmed. That gives enough time for a consultation and photography timeline planning before the day.
