Final delivery is finished, edited high-resolution photographs in a private online gallery that stays available for 90 days. RAW and unedited photographs are not included unless a commercial production agreement says otherwise in writing. Raw video footage is a separate add-on in the films section below.

About raw footage. Raw footage is all of the small pieces exactly as they are filmed, before any editing. On their own the pieces look short, because a film is built like a puzzle: many short shots are joined together to make one flowing film. The joining is the edit, or montage. Raw footage has no montage, and a finished film is not included in raw footage. Both can be yours, each is listed above.
Why 4K costs more. Full HD (1080p) is our standard and looks excellent on phones, computers and televisions. 4K files are about four times larger, which needs professional camera gear, far more storage and much heavier editing, especially on a long film. So when 4K is requested, the extra covers it.
Persian, Indian and multi-day celebrations. These always include a full ceremony edit, the complete ceremony kept in full, in addition to the highlight film. Weddings with several events, or across more than one day, are quoted by total coverage rather than a fixed package, and the films naturally run longer. Tell us the events and we will prepare a quote.
Everything is set in advance. Each package and add-on is exactly what is written here. Anything extra is chosen and paid for before the work begins, never discussed after the event.
Films are delivered by private download link, available for 90 days. Booking terms for films are the same as for photography: 50% deposit on signing, 50% on the day.
Timeline, family photographs and travel
Timeline guidance covers the photography itself: getting ready, first look, ceremony, family photographs, couple portraits, golden-hour portraits, reception, speeches, first dance and the photographer end time.
Formal family photographs are available. Send a short list of the important family combinations before the wedding and the group photographs stay organised and efficient on the day.
For multi-day and cultural weddings, coverage is planned around your actual traditions, schedule, family priorities and events.
Available for weddings across the Lower Mainland and throughout British Columbia. Travel is included within 40 km by road from downtown Vancouver, covering Vancouver, Burnaby, Richmond, North and West Vancouver, Surrey, White Rock, New Westminster, Coquitlam, Delta, Port Moody and Langley. Between 40 and 100 km, including Squamish, Abbotsford and Chilliwack, travel is a flat $95. Beyond 100 km, including Whistler, Vancouver Island and the Okanagan, travel is quoted before booking. Where ferries, flights or an overnight stay are needed, those are booked by us and billed at cost, with receipts, on a separate travel invoice, with no mark-up.

Do we need a second photographer?
Not every wedding does. A second photographer is helpful for larger weddings, separate getting-ready locations, simultaneous events, additional ceremony perspectives and complex timelines.
How far in advance should we book?
Enquire once your date and venue are reasonably confirmed. That gives enough time for a consultation and photography timeline planning before the day.

Yes. Wedding films start at $1,100 for 4 hours of coverage and a 3 to 5 minute highlight film, up to $2,250 for 8 hours with a 30 to 60 minute full edit. Films are delivered in Full HD, with 4K available as an add-on.
