Event photography in Vancouver starts at $500 for two hours of coverage, with a full eight-hour day at $1,800. Every booking includes professional editing on every delivered image, high-resolution files, a private online gallery, and a commercial digital licence covering your organisation's website, social media, press releases and internal communications. Galleries are delivered within 3–5 business days.

The approach is documentary: people, atmosphere, décor, candid interactions, speakers and performances, plus properly directed group photographs when they're needed.

Final delivery is finished, edited high-resolution photographs in a private online gallery that stays available for 90 days. About raw footage. Raw footage is all of the small pieces exactly as they are filmed, before any editing. On their own the pieces look short, because a film is built like a puzzle: many short shots are joined together to make one flowing film. The joining is the edit, or montage. Raw footage has no montage, and a finished film is not included in raw footage. Both can be yours, each is listed above.
Why 4K costs more. Full HD (1080p) is our standard and looks excellent on phones, computers and televisions. 4K files are about four times larger, which needs professional camera gear, far more storage and much heavier editing, especially on a long film. So when 4K is requested, the extra covers it.
Everything is set in advance. Each package and add-on is exactly what is written here. Anything extra is chosen and paid for before the work begins, never discussed after the event.
Films are delivered by private download link, available for 90 days. Business bookings include the same commercial digital licence as our event photography.

How much does an event photographer cost in Vancouver?
Coverage starts at $500 for two hours. Each additional hour is $220, and a full eight-hour day is $1,800, which works out to $225 an hour.
How many photos will I receive?
Roughly 40–60 professionally edited images per hour, depending on the event. A four-hour event typically produces 160–240 finished photographs.
Can we use the photos for marketing?
Yes. Business bookings include a commercial digital licence for your own website, social media, press releases and internal communications. Paid advertising campaigns and third-party licensing are quoted separately.
How far in advance should we book?
Two to six weeks for most events. Conference season in spring and holiday parties in December book earlier.
Do you cover events outside Vancouver?
Yes. Travel is included within 40 km by road from downtown Vancouver, covering Vancouver, Burnaby, Richmond, North and West Vancouver, Surrey, White Rock, New Westminster, Coquitlam, Delta, Port Moody and Langley. Between 40 and 100 km, including Squamish, Abbotsford and Chilliwack, travel is a flat $95. Beyond 100 km, including Whistler, Vancouver Island and the Okanagan, travel is quoted before booking. Where ferries, flights or an overnight stay are needed, those are booked by us and billed at cost, with receipts, on a separate travel invoice, with no mark-up.
Do you also film events?
Yes. Event films start at $850 for 4 hours of coverage and a 3 to 5 minute recap film, up to $1,850 for 8 hours with a 30 to 60 minute full edit of the speeches and programme. Films are delivered in Full HD, with 4K available as an add-on.
