MAKENZA at the PNE, two stages in one evening

This was a special Sunday for me at the PNE. I photographed MAKENZA on two stages in one evening, only a few minutes' walk apart.

First her own set on the BCAA Stage at 5:00 PM. Then, later in the evening, inside the Agrodome for the British Columbia Tattoo, where she sang with the Artillery Band and the violinists, and came back for the finale.

On a day like this you only get each moment once. Before the show I went through the running order and both stages, so I knew where to be when she walked out. After that, I just watched and waited.

Thank you, MAKENZA, for having me there, and thank you to the whole team for making everything so easy.

MAKENZA performed at the PNE Fair, Hastings Park, Vancouver, on Sunday 23 August 2026: her own set on the BCAA Stage at 5:00 PM, then Scene IV and the finale of the British Columbia Tattoo in the Agrodome.
